Gina works in the field of philanthropy mainly in the areas of education and integrative medicine. During her time at USC, Gina was a member of the Latino Business Student Association and participated in the McNair Program. She is interested in community service and staying connected with the Trojan family.

Cyrus currently works as a client manager for Mercer Consulting. During his time at USC, he was a founding board member of Los Angeles Community Impact (LACI) and also served as the Treasurer for the USC chapter of Best Buddies. Until recently, Cyrus lived in Hermosa Beach and was an active member of the USC Alumni Club of the South Bay. He is very excited about his move to West LA and looks forward to connecting with other Trojans.

Krissy is a non-practicing California CPA (inactive) and CA real estate broker. She enjoys skiing, dancing, hanging out on the Westside, and volunteering through the Junior League of Los Angeles.

Alesia graduated from USC’s Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Public Relations. She resides in Beverly Hills and is a Showroom Assistant for Paige Denim. When time permits she likes to travel domestically and abroad, and occasionally jump out of a perfectly good airplane. She also enjoys networking with her fellow Trojans, meeting new people, hosting dinner parties, and always making sure to keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.

Ian Lauridsen is currently a Senior Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch in Century City. He graduated from USC in 2007 with a Bachelors degree in International Relations Global Business and was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He enjoys tennis, snowboarding and watching USC Football.

Shine currently works as an analyst at George Smith Partners, a real estate investment banking firm in Century City (www.gspartners.com) while living in Brentwood. In her spare time, Shine likes to enjoy many outdoor activities in the LA area. As a student, Shine came to the United States from China in 2005 for her senior year in high school and choosing USC as her college.

Marisa is currently the Project Coordinator at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. She is a people person and not shy to start a conversation. Though she is a native of Los Angeles part of her also is from Atlanta, Georgia where she completed her Bachelor of Arts at Clark Atlanta University. For now, she is happy to call Los Angeles her home. Marisa enjoys traveling abroad, good music and food, working with youth, and community service.

Atour is a Health Systems Specialist at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. She graduated with a Masters in Health Administration in 2005. While at USC, she served as Co-President and Social Chair of the Student Health Council. She enjoys traveling, hiking and wine tasting!

Jen is a transactional attorney who works with entrepreneurs and companies to shore up their vision, forge partnerships, and grow strategically. In her free time, Jen acts as a pro-bono consultant and project manager for the Taproot Foundation. While at USC, Jen was the Founding Chair of the Marshall Women’s Leadership Board and a member of Delta Sigma Pi. Jen is excited to develop awareness of the West LA club among the local community, make new friends, and stay better connected with the Trojan family.

Jennifer graduated from USC in 2010 with a Master of Public Policy. She is a child advocate for children in foster care in Los Angeles County and is currently pursing her PMP certification. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and baking high-calorie desserts.

Hailing from San Diego, JaBari Brown works in student affairs at USC. While in undergrad he was actively involved in Troy Camp and JEP. His other interests include USC sports, non-profit and community service and of course Laker basketball!

Kevin recently graduated from USC in 2009 with a degree in broadcast journalism. At his time at USC, he worked with Annenberg TV News, where he filmed and reported on several USC football games and other sporting events. His goal is to be an anchor on ESPN, and he is currently applying for sports anchor and reporting jobs around the country. He is looking forward to working with his fellow alumni and having a good time connecting with his fellow Trojans.

Hemal is an attorney at the law firm of Frandzel, Robins, Bloom and Csato practicing in the areas of real estate, real estate finance and commercial litigation. He is also the co-founder and owner of the V-Lounge, a lounge/restaurant and entertainment hotspot in Santa Monica and is active in various real estate ventures. In his (little) spare time, he enjoys travel, staying active and pursuing all that Los Angeles has to offer.

Chris Monteverde-Talarico graduated from the University of Southern California in 2008 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in African-American Studies. He is an ambitious go-getter and is an extremely well rounded professional. He studied abroad in Brisbane, Australia, and also spent time in New Zealand and Fiji before returning to the States. He also enjoys playing and watching football and basketball while spending as much time with his friends as he can. And of course, he is a very active USC Alumnus.

Abran graduated in 2006 with a BS from the Marshall School of Business, spending his final semester abroad in Budapest to fulfill his International Business emphasis. Since graduation he decided to follow his passions for photography and music. Abran Rubiner Photography now specializes in Architectural, Commercial and Event Photography. He also a partner and Dir. of Photography of JamintheVan.com a website featuring live music and HD video shot in a RV transferred transformed into a mobile recording studio.

Ravi Malhotra grew up in the suburbs of Sacramento, California. After high school, he relocated closer to Hollywood where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at USC’s School of Cinema-Television Production. Malhotra is pursuing his dream of directing episodic television as he is already an Oscar award-winning producer – his short film West Bank Story garnered the 2007 Academy Award for Best Short Film. He followed up his win with his directorial debut, “Return to Sender” starring veteran actor Bill Cobbs.

Sheila Lau is a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician and Phlebotomist and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Sheila is an active volunteer in the community and is the founder of LA Action Potential, a nonprofit organization aimed to promote public health and free medical services in underserved communities. She is also part of a commercial real estate investment brokerage team focused in healthcare transactions. Sheila is a graduate of USC in Business Administration with a minor in International Relations.

Shoa graduated from USC in ’05 with a bachelors in International Relations and Business Administration. She currently is the program specialist for business and luxury jets at Honeywell Aerospace. Shoa is extremely passionate about animals and is an active volunteer at spcaLA (animal shelter).
